Robin Christian Andersen – Old master
Vienna, 1890 – Vienna, 1969Together with Egon Schiele and Anton Faistauer, in 1909 Andersen was one of the founders of the “Neukunstgruppe” (New art group). His early works occupy a position between the Sessessionist and moderate Expressionist art movements. From 1945 to 1965 he was a professor at the Vienna Academy of Fine Arts.
