Deliciously simple and simply delicious: the Greif's “sister hotel”, the Hotel Laurin, just a couple of minutes’ walk away, boasts one of Bolzano’s finest restaurants and of course caters for our guests. The head chef of the Restaurant Laurin, Manuel Astuto looks forward to indulging you in the restaurant’s art nouveau surroundings.

Relish light, contemporary cuisine which combines the aromas of the sea and the flavours of the South Tyrolean mountains. In summer guests can accommodate themselves at tables outside in the park beneath white sun-sail canopies and savour light, aromatic summer dishes.

Avail yourself of all services which are usual in a hotel restaurant: order meals to be brought to your room if you are staying at Laurin, or book a room at Greif on a half-board basis and dine in the Laurin Restaurant.
