Robert Bosisio
‘In the morning I admire his horizon; in the evening I go through his door. Thanks, Robert.’ Wim Wenders

Painter Robert Bosisio in Room 210
Like all artists at the Greif, South Tyrolean Robert Bosisio was assigned ‘his’ room in a lottery. He heard that Room 210 had a red Gabbeh carpet, and made it the ‘heart’ of the room. But there are also two more rooms here. Both were created by Bosisio, a dyed-in-the-wool painter who builds up his pure, atmospheric paintings in thin layers. His yellow rooms are meant to look as if they have been ‘over-influenced by the reflection of the big red carpet.’
