Carmen Müller’s stage set in Room 201 is disrupted by three pictures by South Tyrolean artist Peter Fellin (1920–1999). The cycle is dedicated to the troubadour Walther von der Vogelweide: ’Walther von der Vogelweide – Knight – Lady at Court’ (1960). Fellin was one of the region’s most flamboyant post-war artists. His work – sometimes religious, sometimes expressive or abstract – left a lasting impression on the artistic landscape of South Tyrol.
