Look carefully in Room 208 and you’ll discover a charmingly seductive scene. What seems at first glance to be a floral pattern turns out to be hundreds of nude Venuses, draped all over the walls. Designed by South Tyrolean painter, illustrator and sculptor Florin Kompatscher, this superficially innocuous wallpaper is complemented by a disc entitled ‘Venus Trap’ that really does depict a Venus Fly Trap.
