Peter Senoner
A cyborg’s landed in the Grifoncino! Peter Senoner’s sculptures resemble aliens from a faraway galaxy.

Sculptor Peter Senoner
Monomon is the title of the sculpture in the window of the Grifoncino. In a complex process, it was cast in bronze from a handmade wooden figure, then given a vitreous coating to create a white, porcelain-like surface. Senoner is fascinated by the opportunities of biomechanics. His cyborgs embody the human longing to transcend limitations – whether as humans, as living entities or as cosmic citizens.
