Bolzano Film Festival Bozen
The vision and goal of Bolzano Film Festival Bozen is to bring the latest German and Italian auteur films to South Tyrol, from the surrounding regions of Italy, as well as from our neighbours in Austria, Germany and Switzerland. To cast a light on the rich world of contemporary European filmmaking, far beyond the limits of the mainstream and conventional.

Bolzano Wine Tasting
Bolzano, the city of wine: a constellation of renowned labels, historic wineries with a modern spirit, brought together to be celebrated in the oldest wine event in South Tyrol, the Bolzano Wine tasting, now in its 97th edition. The setting is one of the most fascinating in the city: Mareccio/Maretsch Castle.
About 40 of the best-known wineries of the region will be present at the exhibition, as well as small but well-known producers with a long tradition, famous chefs, connoisseurs and sommeliers, producers of gastronomic delicacies, and much more.
Wine connoisseurs and those who aspire to become wine connoisseurs can taste over 170 labels from the wine regions of Bolzano and its surroundings.

A spring festival that invites you to discover the most beautiful corners of Bolzano through an evocative journey between nature and art. A rich programme of dance, music and theatre of the highest level accompanied by eight contemporary art installations, created under the direction of RespirArt.
Highlight is the traditional Flower Festival. The main square Piazza Walther is transformed in a colourful meeting place for all who love flowers and herbs. A traditional appointment for locals and guests!

Experience the Middle Ages with all your senses. The castle festival lends a fairytale feel to Bolzano's summer.
Runkelstein Castle, the ruins of Rafenstein Castle just above Bozen, Eppan Castle, Boymont Castle and Trostburg Castle are brought back to life by historical re-enactments with ladies and knights. Guided tours and excursions are also on the programme.

Südtirol Jazzfestival Alto Adige
Premiers are the rule rather than the exception here, and many concerts are unique events which can only be experienced in this setting and in these South Tyrolean venues. The land becomes the stage, and jazz a part of the landscape. Musicians play in the towns and on the mountains, at lakes and rivers, in the squares and on the streets, in parks and castles, hotels and factory halls.
Over 150 musicians from all corners of the Earth take part in the event, playing 90 concerts in over 50 different venues.

Bolzano Danza
For more than 35 years, students and young people from South Tyrol and all of Italy, from German-speaking Europe, from Luxembourg, France, Spain and even from the USA, have been pouring into Bozen at the end of July. Here they are offered the opportunity to learn dance, develop their movement skills and see the works of some of the greatest international choreographers onstage.
