Arnold Mario Dall’O: Memories of Childhood Soap
Amidst Arnold Mario Dall’Os Golden Soap installation in Room 107, a quiet female nude comes to light. Meran artist Leo Putz (1869–1940) made this drawing of Adelheid Ruppert in 1920. Putz sketched moments from everyday life, as in ’Drei Mädchen am Waldsee’ in Room 214. Leo Putz represented a style that stood in between Impressionism and Art Nouveau. He was a member of the Munich group ’Die Scholle’ and worked for the magazine ’Jugend’.
